Order Cancellation / Refund Policy
We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 21 days of your purchase, if 21 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
We require an order number and preferred contact method be included with any return.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, discounted or personalised items cannot be refunded.
Refunds will not include return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival with a like for like replacement, this needs to be reported within 2 days of receipt to airsoft.tailoring@gmail.com. Please include pictures of the damage / defect.
Refund/Exchange approval
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
Please allow a few days for refunds to clear, some payment processors take longer than others. If you have not received it 5 working days since approval was confirmed, please contact us at: airsoft.tailoring@gmail.com
